We have changed our name from
Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services, back to
Freeborn Mower Electric Cooperative!

The name change identifies our core business and reflects the long history of success as your electric provider.  Members voted in favor of the change in September of 2020.  The cooperative's name was previously Freeborn Mower Electric Cooperative until the vote passed in 1998 to change it to Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services.  Along with the change in name, we launched a brand refresh and will be moving to a newly constructed headquarters facility, later this spring.
